Holidays are a busy time to catch up with families, shopping, for gifts, food and other essentials. And, you know this is when people get tired and have a must do attitude and easily fatigued and head to bed. Then it is over and we, seem sometimes more tired and sore than before the holiday started. What you find are back, neck, feet issues, shoulders are sore from carrying bags etc. So what can we do to feel better?

For the Shoulders and Neck Area Chances are you carrying more bags and they are heavier than normal. Even if you have a trolley that lifting to the car, from the car, into the house etc takes its toll. Even lifting the kids can be a problem later, usually you may not feel it straight away.
Lower Back and Feet
No matter when, people get at times get an annoying back pain and sometimes it never seems to go away.
